Job Overview
We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive / Operations Caller** whose primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing customer queries. **This is a 100% pure customer service and relationship management role.** There is absolutely no sales involvement, cold calling, or monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- **Query Management:** Answer inbound calls and messages from customers regarding solar installation timelines, billing, maintenance, and technical assistance.
- **Outbound Updates:** Make proactive follow\-up calls to existing customers to share project status updates or gather feedback on our services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer grievances smoothly, coordinating with internal technical teams when necessary.
- **Data Logging:** Accurately maintain and update customer interaction logs in our CRM database.
- **Brand Ambassadorship:** Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- **Education:** Minimum Higher Secondary (10\+2\) passed; Graduates in any stream preferred.
- **Experience:** 0 to 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!
- **Languages:** \[**Hindi/English/Punjabi]**
- **Skills:** Strong active listening, basic computer knowledge (Excel), and a problem\-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹12,502\.96 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
