Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and leads
Explain our courses \& services clearly and persuasively
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Admission targets
Update CRM systems with accurate call and admission details
Handle objections and close admissions professionally
Maintain a positive customer experience during all interactions
Coordinate with the Admission and supporting operation team for processing
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
