Maintain daily call targets (80–120 calls/day)
Qualification
Identify buyer type — end\-user or investor
Understand budget, preferred location, BHK requirement, and timeline
Filter out unserious leads and prioritise hot prospects
Check if lead is loan\-eligible or self\-funded
Appointment Setting
Book site visits or video call consultations for the sales executive
Send WhatsApp confirmations with project brochure \+ location pin
Remind prospects 1 day and 2 hours before the site visit
Database \& Follow\-up
Maintain a daily follow\-up list — never let a lead go cold
Send WhatsApp messages, project updates, and price alerts to warm leads
Reactivate old leads during festive seasons or new launches
