Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Explain project details, offers, and services to prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
• Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead\-generation targets.
