Position: Telecaller

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in the Banking Sector

Salary: ₹15,000 \- ₹25,000 per month

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain banking products or services.

Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Maintain call records and update customer information.

Achieve assigned calling targets and support team objectives.

Required Skills

Minimum 6 months of experience in the banking sector.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer\-focused attitude and a positive approach.
