Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead databases.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or counseling sessions for sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Update customer information and lead status regularly.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to improve engagement.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow\-ups.
  • Collect customer feedback and report market insights.
  • Ensure timely follow\-up on missed calls and pending inquiries.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during customer interactions.
  • Prepare daily call reports and performance updates for management.
  • Achieve lead conversion and sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when required.
  • Maintain excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills throughout customer interactions.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
