Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who is fluent in Tamil to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support our sales team in the Tamil Nadu market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Tamil Nadu.
• Introduce company services and explain our steel structure solutions.
• Identify potential clients and generate business leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and customer enquiries.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead details.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead\-generation targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

A confident, target\-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with Tamil\-speaking customers and support business development activities in Tamil Nadu.
