Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
• Schedule appointments, property/site visits, or meetings for the sales team (if applicable).
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
