We are looking for a persuasive and energetic **Telecaller** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers/leads, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments or closing sales. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a results\-driven approach.
*Key Responsibilities**
**Outbound Calling:** Initiate contact with potential leads via telephone to promote SJ TIES services.
**Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
**Information Management:** Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
**Customer Support:** Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, address their queries, and provide relevant information.
**Follow\-ups:** Conduct regular follow\-ups with interested leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
**Targets:** Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
**Education:** High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
**Communication:** Fluent in **Hindi** and **Marathi** (English is a plus).
**Persuasion:** Strong ability to handle objections and convince customers.
**Tech Savvy:** Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and experience with calling software/CRMs is preferred.
**Experience:** Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in Sales is an advantage, but **freshers with great communication skills are welcome.**
