• Follow up on enquiries and maintain customer databases.
• Record call details and update lead information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

• *Requirements**

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Confidence in speaking with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and data\-entry skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred;
