Job Description

  • *Sales Coordinator/ Telecalling executive – Key Responsibilities**
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
  • Receive, assign, and track customer leads from inquiry to closure.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team for service scheduling and execution.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS) for management.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Team for invoice generation and payment follow\-ups.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer contracts, purchase orders, and service records.
  • Schedule client meetings and maintain sales calendars.
  • Ensure timely communication between customers, sales, and internal departments.
  • Monitor pending orders and ensure timely completion of commitments.
  • Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
