Job Description
- *Sales Coordinator/ Telecalling executive – Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.
- Receive, assign, and track customer leads from inquiry to closure.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for service scheduling and execution.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS) for management.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for invoice generation and payment follow\-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer contracts, purchase orders, and service records.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain sales calendars.
- Ensure timely communication between customers, sales, and internal departments.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
