Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication\-skilled **Telecaller / Telecalling Executive** to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for further follow\-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
• Introduce company services and explain them clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow\-ups, and customer responses.
• Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and further discussions.
• Update daily calling and lead\-generation reports.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead\-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Good follow\-up and convincing skills.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• **Tamil and English communication is preferred.**
