Tele Calling Executive

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Handle outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update call details.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required.

• *Qualifications**

• Any Degree \-Freshers can apply
• Experienced candidates with tele\-calling/customer support is an added advantage

• *Requirements**

• Good communication skill in English
• Good listening and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to work in a voice process.
