Job Description
Proactively calling prospects who have shown interest through the company website, social media pages, or digital marketing campaigns.
Reaching out to a database of potential customers to introduce new vehicle launches, festive offers, and promotions.**.**
Tracking potential buyers who requested time to think, arranging subsequent calls, and nurturing the relationship until they are ready to purchase.
Coordinating with sales consultants to schedule convenient test drives for prospective buyers, either at the showroom or at the customer's home.
Booking appointments for customers to meet with sales managers, view specific car models, and discuss pricing and financing.
Clearly explaining vehicle variants, specifications, warranty details, and available finance or exchange options.
Contacting existing customers for routine maintenance reminders, periodic servicing, or insurance renewals.
Assisting customers in booking dates and times for vehicle.
Meeting specific key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of calls made, test drives booked, and overall conversion rates.
