Tele Calling Executive

Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for a polite, patient\-focused, and motivated Telecaller to support patient communication, appointment scheduling, and service\-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services and treatments.
• Follow up with patients and respond to inquiries courteously.
• Maintain call records and update patient interaction details.
• Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth patient communication.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data\-entry skills.
• A polite, professional, and patient\-friendly approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
