Ninja Parkour X is a unique fitness and movement academy, training individuals from **3 to 60 years of age**. As we continue expanding our wings and building something extraordinary, we're looking for an enthusiastic, confident and organised professional to join our growing team.

Your Role \& Responsibilities

• **Tele calling \& Admissions:** Connect with potential customers, make follow\-up calls and generate new admissions.
• **Customer Support:** Explain our courses, training programs, fees and membership plans to parents and students.
• **Front Office Management:** Welcome visitors, handle enquiries and create a great first impression.
• **Administration:** Manage daily office activities, student records, admissions and documentation.
• **Excel \& Data Management:** Maintain reports, databases, admission records and daily updates using MS Excel.
• **Operations Support:** Assist management with day\-to\-day operations and ensure smooth academy functioning.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Confident in handling phone calls and customer enquiries.
• Organised, responsible and proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work with a team.
• Prior experience in tele calling, administration or front office will be an advantage.
