Job Purpose

To generate customer leads through outbound and inbound calls, explain vehicle features, follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain vehicle models, specifications, features, mileage and pricing.
• Promote new vehicle offers, finance schemes and exchange offers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule showroom visits.
• Arrange test rides for interested customers.
• Maintain customer information and follow\-up records.
• Coordinate with showroom sales executives.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent Tamil communication skills.
• Basic English communication.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target\-oriented mindset.

Qualification \& Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Automobile sales or telecalling experience preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of calls made daily.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Customer follow\-ups completed.
• Showroom visits and test rides arranged.
• Sales conversions and monthly target achievement.

Reporting

Reports directly to the Sales Manager.

• *Main Objective:** Generate potential customer enquiries, build customer relationships and increase vehicle sales through effective telephone communication.

Pay: ₹12,500\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
