• *Job Responsibilities**

\- Handle incoming leads and client inquiries.

\- Call potential clients and schedule meetings.

\- Manage client follow\-ups through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

\- Maintain and update CRM records regularly.

\- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.

\- Handle basic administrative and client communication tasks.

\- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.

\- Assist in day\-to\-day business operations and client management.

\- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the team.

\- Ensure timely follow\-up and smooth client experience.

• *Required Skills**

\- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).

\- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer operations.

\- Ability to handle client calls professionally.

\- Basic understanding of marketing and business communication.

\- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

\- Good organizational and follow\-up skills.

• *Preferred Candidate**

\- Freshers can apply.

\- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, or Administration will be an advantage.

\- Comfortable working with CRM software and online tools.
