Job Description

  • *Telemarketing Executive (Senior Living), Coimbatore**
  • *Position Summary**

We are seeking a mature, empathetic, and result\-oriented Telemarketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. You will be responsible for pitching our senior living construction projects and specialized care services, understanding customer needs, and scheduling site visits or consultations for our direct sales team.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *1\. Lead Generation \& Outbound Calling**
  • Make outbound calls to verified leads, database contacts, and inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Introduce our senior living communities, emphasizing both the real estate infrastructure (senior\-friendly construction) and the healthcare/hospitality services provided.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for outbound calls, connected calls, and qualified leads.
  • *2\. Lead Qualification \& Relationship Building**
  • Engage prospects (often senior citizens or their NRI/working children) in meaningful, patient conversations to understand their retirement or care requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on their budget, location preference, timeline, and health/care needs.
  • Build trust and rapport, as senior living decisions require a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • *3\. Appointment Scheduling**
  • Convert qualified leads into site visits, experience\-stay bookings, or virtual/in\-person meetings with the Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate schedules between prospective clients and the on\-ground sales team to ensure smooth handovers.
  • *4\. CRM \& Data Management**
  • Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date records of all interactions, call dispositions, and follow\-up schedules in the CRM software.
  • Track lead pipelines diligently and ensure no follow\-up is missed.
  • *5\. Market \& Product Knowledge**
  • Stay thoroughly updated on the project’s construction progress, amenities (e.g., wheelchair accessibility, medical centers, recreational hubs), and pricing plans.
  • Understand competitive offerings in the senior living sector to handle objections effectively.
  • *Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • **Experience:** Minimum **2\+ years of experience** in telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales. Experience in **Real Estate, Premium Hospitality, Healthcare, Assisted Living, or Insurance** sectors is highly preferred.
  • **Education:** Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  • **Communication:** Exceptional verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and the regional/local language is essential (knowledge of multiple languages is a strong advantage).
  • **Soft Skills:** High emotional intelligence, extreme patience, and an empathetic tone suitable for interacting with elderly clients and their families.
  • **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce, Lead Squared, Zoho, etc.) and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
