We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Telemarketing Executive to support the Field Sales team by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and coordinating with field sales representatives to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate qualified leads for the Field Sales team.
Schedule meetings and appointments for sales executives.
Explain company products and services to customers over the phone.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular customer communication.
Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with field sales representatives regarding customer visits and follow\-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
