Role Summary

We're looking for an energetic Tele Marketing Executive to build a strong pipeline of leads and meetings for our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact with prospective customers — sourcing the right contacts, getting decision\-makers on the phone, and setting up quality meetings for our Sales Engineers to close.

What You'll Do

● · Sourcing accurate contact details from networks of the decision maker M.A.N (Money, Authority and Need) of Instrumentation \& Automation departments of companies in the business of Chemical, Pharma, W \& WW, O\&G(Contractors), Petrochemical (Contractors).

● · Maintaining the database on the internal templates (ZOHO) of the organization

● · Update Leads \& Deals in BIGIN.

● · Maintain Customer tracking list for Visit \& Business.

● Maintain and update the lead database in the system

● Spend focused calling hours daily reaching out to target customers to set up meetings for the field sales team

● Write clear, professional follow\-up emails sharing company profile and product information

● Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending purchase orders

● Be the communication bridge between prospects and the Sales team, ensuring meeting details are accurate

● Prepare daily call and activity reports

● Grow into a Business Development role as you build product knowledge and selling skills

You'll Be Measured On

● Number of complete, accurate contact records added per week

● Number of qualified meetings set up per week/month

What We're Looking For

● Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field (freshers with strong communication welcome)

● 0–3 years in tele sales, inside sales, or lead generation preferred

● Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus

● Confident phone presence, persistence, and good follow\-up discipline

● Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools
