Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, website, Meta ads, and other marketing channels.
  • Contact new leads promptly and understand customer requirements.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly until closure.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer appointments and project updates.
  • Track lead status and prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Ensure no lead is missed and maintain high response times.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and follow\-up skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, CRM, customer support, or lead management is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead management, customer support, telecalling, or sales coordination.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Zoho CRM is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
