• **Screening and interviewing**: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and experience against job requirements.
• **Database management**: Maintain and update candidate databases with recruitment records and progress.
• **Scheduling**: Coordinate interview schedules between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
• **Collaboration**: Work with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies and complete administrative tasks.
• **Support**: Assist with other HR initiatives like onboarding and candidate follow\-ups.
