We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target\-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers over the phone, and convert inquiries into successful sales while building strong customer relationships.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Explain products and services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Update call logs, lead status, and customer information in the CRM.
  • Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • *Skills \& Requirements**
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and customer\-focused.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel is preferred.
  • *Qualification**
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
