- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Share information about salon services, offers, and pricing.
- Assist clients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- *Appointment \& Schedule Management**
- Confirm client appointments and send timely reminders.
- Help maintain the salon schedule to ensure smooth daily operations.
- *Feedback Collection \& Customer Engagement**
- Call customers to collect service feedback and record it on our internal tool.
- Reconnect with churned customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in collecting testimonials and customer feedback videos when required.
- *Promotions \& Upselling**
- Inform clients about ongoing offers, packages, and new services.
- Upsell suitable premium services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- *Reels, Events \& In\-Salon Support**
- Support the team during salon events or video shoots on selected days.
- Assist the manager with coordination and basic in\-salon activities when needed.
- Collaborate on creating short reels/videos showcasing customer experiences (optional but preferred).
- *Administrative \& Bank Tasks**
- Handle basic bank\-related tasks such as cash deposits when required.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette.
- Organized and detail\-oriented.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support the team beyond calls.
