Telecaller / Customer Support Executive - Multilingual

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and well\-spoken **Telecaller / Customer Support Executive** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

The selected candidate will initially work from home for the first two months. After this period, the role will transition to our office in **Coimbatore**.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Explain services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
• Update lead details and call statuses in the assigned system.
• Build positive customer relationships and support lead conversions.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow\-up targets.

Language Requirements

• **English, Tamil, Malayalam \- Excellent fluency (Mandatory)**
• Hindi \- Additional advantage

Candidates who can communicate confidently in all four languages will be given preference.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear pronunciation and confident telephone communication.
• Good listening skills and a polite, professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow\-ups independently.
• Self\-motivated, responsible, and target\-oriented.
• Previous telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary \& Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹5,000 \- ₹8,000
