We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join the team at Shambhavi Technovation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
• Maintain and update customer information and call records.
• Explain services, share relevant information, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Follow up with existing customers and maintain good client relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
• Provide regular updates on call activities, customer feedback, and lead status.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Ability to convince customers and handle queries confidently.
• Good listening skills and a customer\-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
