\* Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
\* Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
\* Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
\* Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

\* Good communication skills in Hindi \& English.
\* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
\* Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
