• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer\-handling skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. The candidate must be comfortable working on computer systems and CRM/software tools for maintaining customer records and follow\-ups.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for further business conversion.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow\-up activities in the system.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and nurture leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead\-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support and service delivery.

• *Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding and listening skills to identify customer needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and basic English.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using systems, MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer\-focused attitude with a professional approach.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
