Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
• Attend inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
• Explain the company's products and services in a clear and engaging manner.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, where required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Clear pronunciation and a pleasant telephone etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer\-first approach.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
• Ability to multitask and work in a target\-driven environment.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Final\-year students may also apply).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, Telesales, BPO, Call Centre, or Inside Sales will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
