• *Job Brief**

Do you enjoy talking to people and building new connections? Would you like to start your career in real estate?

Your role is to speak with potential buyers, understand their needs, and invite them to visit our villa project. You will help turn customer enquiries into site visits and support the sales team.

Freshers with good communication skills and a desire to learn are welcome to apply!

• *Responsibilities**

• Call new leads and respond to customer enquiries.
• Speak with potential buyers and understand their needs and budget.
• Share basic details about the villa project.
• Follow up with interested customers by phone and WhatsApp.
• Book site visits for interested buyers.
• Send visit reminders and follow up with customers who miss their visits.
• Share customer details and feedback with the sales team.
• Update call records and follow\-up dates in the CRM.
• Work with Sales Executives to help convert leads into site visits.
• Meet daily calling goals and monthly performance targets.

• *Qualifications**

• Graduate in any field.
• 02 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
• Real estate calling experience is a plus.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Must speak Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Good phone manners and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good at follow\-ups and talking to people.
• Willing to learn and work towards targets.
