Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining our products and services, scheduling meetings, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Introduce the company's products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills in **English, Tamil,Hindi, and the local language** (preferred).
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
