About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated Telecalling Executives to support customer communication and sales processes. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their requirements and maintaining timely follow\-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain assigned products and services clearly and accurately.
• Respond to enquiries, understand customer needs and identify interested prospects.
• Schedule callbacks, appointments or product demonstrations as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call outcomes and follow\-up schedules in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the team to share qualified leads and customer feedback.
• Work towards assigned calling, quality and follow\-up targets.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect confidential customer information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Good spoken Hindi and basic conversational English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
• Strong listening skills, patience and a customer\-focused approach.
• Ability to handle objections politely and follow calling guidelines.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales or customer support is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
