\* Explain our services clearly and professionally.

\* Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

\* Record customer interactions accurately.

\* Basic computer knowledge.

\* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

\* Freshers are welcome! Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
