• **Screen applicants** for technical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit.
• **Coordinate interviews** between candidates, hiring managers, and technical leads.
• **Manage offers** including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding.
• **Build pipelines** for high\-demand roles like RF, Field, and Core Network Engineers.
• **Track metrics** such as time\-to\-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• **Stay updated** on telecom market trends, local engineering talent pools, and salaries. \[

Required Skills \& ExperienceRequirementDescription

• *Experience**3\+ years in technical recruitment, with at least 1\+ years explicitly in telecom.\\

• *Domain Knowledge**Deep understanding of 5G, LTE, RF, Fiber (FTTH), VoIP, and OSS/BSS.

• *Sourcing Tools**Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.

• *Soft Skills**Excellent screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Education \& Certifications

• **Bachelor's degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **Technical background** (e.g., B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics/Telecommunications) is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
