Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, events, and promotions.
- Educate customers about Gauneeti's A2 Milk, A2 Bilona Ghee, dairy products, wellness products, and subscription plans.
- Convert inquiries into trial orders, subscriptions, and repeat purchases.
- Follow up with existing customers to increase retention and cross\-selling opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with delivery and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate referrals and customer testimonials whenever possible.
- Conduct feedback and satisfaction calls to strengthen customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1\-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Call Center operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for health, wellness, organic, and natural products will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented mindset.
