Key Responsibilities

1\. Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via digital platforms, calls, and referrals.

2\. Guide patients through treatment options and provide personalized support.

3\. Maintain accurate records on CRM; track leads and follow\-ups diligently.

4\. Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.

5\. Conduct inside sales, cold calling.

6\. Collect market feedback, analyze sales performance, and recommend improvements.

Must\-Have Skills \& Qualifications

1\. Graduate in any discipline.

2\. 5\-8 years of experience in sales

3\. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

4\. Strong communication \& negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

5\. Highly motivated, target\-driven, and customer\-focused.

6\. Knowledge of the healthcare/medical sector will be an added advantage.
