Job Overview

We are hiring energetic, target\-oriented, and communication\-driven professionals for the roles of Business Development Executive (BDE), Business Development Representative (BDR), Inside Sales Executive, and Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

Lead Generation \& Prospecting: Perform outbound calling and digital outreach to potential business clients (BDR / SDR role).

Client Engagement: Pitch tailored web, mobile app, software, and digital marketing solutions based on client requirements (BDE / Inside Sales role).

Sales Closing \& Negotiation: Handle client inquiries, resolve objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.

Pipeline \& Relationship Management: Maintain follow\-up schedules, nurture leads, build strong business relationships, and update lead status in the CRM database.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Requirements \& Preferred Skills

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers \& Experienced both are welcome).

Relevant Background: Prior experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, IT/Software Sales, or Client Servicing is a plus.
