Telesales Executive

Job Overview

​We are looking for a result\-driven and high\-energy **Telesales Executive** to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, pitching our services/products, and closing sales deals.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​**Outbound Calling:** Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• ​**Sales Conversion:** Understand customer needs, explain product/service features effectively, handle objections, and close sales.
• ​**Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• ​**CRM \& Documentation:** Accurately log call details, follow\-ups, and customer information in the CRM/Excel sheet.
• ​**Customer Relationship:** Maintain a polite and professional demeanor to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction.

​Requirements \& Qualifications

• ​**Education:** Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduation preferred.
• ​**Experience:** 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, BPO, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
• ​**Languages:** Fluent in Hindi and conversational English.
• ​**Core Skills:** Strong convincing power, active listening, negotiation skills, and resilience to handling rejection.
• ​**Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
