• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Explain solar energy solutions, benefits, and cost savings to customers
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow\-ups
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with field sales team for closures
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy (preferred)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
• Fluency in Hindi \& English

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Experience in tele\-calling / tele\-sales / customer support is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
