Telesales Executive

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, Sales Coordination, Customer Acquisition, Telecalling, or a similar B2B sales role.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection\-handling skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Strong organizational, follow\-up, and time\-management skills.
• Target\-oriented with the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and problem\-solving abilities.
