Telesales Executive

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English \& Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati would be added advantage
• Ability to confidently interact with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions.
• Good follow\-up and persuasion skills to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Basic computer proficiency, including **MS Excel, MS Word, Email**, and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good typing speed and accuracy for updating customer and booking records.

• *Eligibility**

• *Educational Qualification:** Graduate in any discipline is preferred. Candidates who have completed **12th Standard** with relevant work experience in customer service or tele\-sales are also welcome to apply.

• *Work Experience:** Minimum **1 year of experience** in Tele Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Logistics, Freight, Courier, E\-commerce, or any customer\-facing role is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

• *Language Proficiency:** Ability to speak **Hindi and English** fluently is mandatory. Knowledge of **Gujarati** will be an added advantage.

• *Computer Skills:** Basic working knowledge of **MS Office (Word, Excel), Email**, and the ability to learn CRM software.

• *Personal Attributes:** Candidates should possess a customer\-first approach, good communication skills, confidence in handling customer conversations, and the ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
