Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and customer\-focused professionals for our client in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, customer support backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's services and offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans or services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer queries, follow up with potential customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and manage sales conversations effectively.
• Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and customer\-focused approach.

• *Candidates with telesales experience will be preferred.**

Employment History and Documentation Requirements

• Candidates should demonstrate employment stability, preferably with at least 1\.8 years or more in their previous organization.
• Candidates with frequent job changes or very short employment tenures may not be considered.
