Telesales Team Leader

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Tele Sales Team Lead to manage and motivate the tele sales team, achieve sales targets, monitor daily performance, and improve customer conversion rates.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Tele Sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Allocate leads to team members and monitor lead follow\-up and conversion.
• Track daily calls, customer enquiries, follow\-ups, and sales performance.
• Develop effective calling strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Train and coach tele sales executives on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
• Monitor team KPIs such as calls made, leads generated, conversions, revenue, and follow\-ups.
• Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing important sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance and updating of customer and lead databases.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to company sales policies, processes, and customer service standards.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales, preferably with team\-handling experience.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
