Job Summary
The Lead Calling Executive will be responsible for contacting inbound and marketing\-generated leads, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings/site visits for the sales team. The role focuses on lead engagement, follow\-ups, and conversion support.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
- Qualify leads and assign hot prospects to the sales team.
- Schedule site visits, virtual meetings, and sales appointments.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups with interested prospects.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead handling.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead conversion records.
- Achieve lead qualification and appointment booking targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
