Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused candidates for the positions of Telecaller and Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Assist schools with software\-related queries and basic technical support.
• Explain our School ERP software features to customers.
• Follow up with existing clients and prospective customers.
• Maintain customer records and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good convincing skills and customer\-handling ability.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
