Tender Manager

We are looking for an experienced **Tender Executive** \& a **Tender Manager** with strong hands\-on exposure to the **GeM (Government e\-Marketplace) portal**. The candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end tender management, documentation, coordination, and timely submission of bids across government and private platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and analyze tenders on **GeM portal**, e\-procurement portals, and other tender platforms
• Handle **end\-to\-end tendering process** including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow\-ups
• Prepare and manage **technical and commercial bids** as per tender requirements
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete and accurate documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, legal, etc.) for required inputs
• Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and results
• Maintain tender records, reports, and MIS
• Handle post\-tender activities such as order processing and compliance documentation

• *Mandatory Skills \& Requirements:**

• **2 to 5 years of experience** in GeM for handling Tenders.
• **Strong working experience on GeM portal is mandatory**
• Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures
• Good understanding of bid documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow\-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in handling multiple tenders simultaneously
• Ability to work under strict timelines
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
