Vitthal Waterproofing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Tender Manager who can independently handle end\-to\-end tendering activities along with sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and generating new business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and search for relevant government and private\-sector tenders.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
• Handle end\-to\-end tendering processes, including online submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government departments.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and other tender\-related documents.
• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
• Visit potential clients and promote the company's waterproofing services.
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into business.
• Maintain tender records, sales reports, and client databases.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• *Requirements**

• 1\-2 years of experience in tender management and sales.
• Knowledge of government and private tender portals.
• Experience in tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online tender portals.
• Ability to handle both tendering and sales responsibilities independently.
• Experience in the construction, civil engineering, or waterproofing industry will be preferred.
