We are seeking a proactive, organized and detail\-oriented Tender \& Office Administration Executive to manage tender\-related activities, documentation, office administration and coordination functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills, practical tender handling experience and the ability to efficiently manage administrative responsibilities.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management:**
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from Government, Semi\-Government, PSU, GEM and other procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
- Prepare, compile and submit tender documents, bids, declarations, affidavits, compliance documents and supporting records.
- Coordinate online and offline tender submissions within specified timelines.
- Maintain tender databases, records and documentation for future reference and audits.
- *Documentation \& Drafting:**
- Draft official letters, quotations, agreements, reports, proposals and business correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain records, files, registers and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle document formatting, PDF creation, editing, scanning, merging and digitization activities.
- Translate documents and correspondence between Marathi and English whenever required.
- *Office Administration:**
- Manage day\-to\-day office administration and operational activities.
- Handle email communication, scheduling, follow\-ups and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, government departments and other stakeholders.
- Maintain office records, documentation systems and administrative reports.
- Support management in business operations and administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports, statements and management information using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, charts, summaries and business reports for management review.
- Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Drafting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of tender documentation and submission processes.
- Familiarity with Government e\-Tendering Portals and GEM Portal will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF management.
- Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Tender Handling, Documentation, Administration and Office Operations.
