Territory Manager - Admission Support

Key Responsibilities – Franchise Support \& Admission Manager

• Act as the key point of contact between franchisees and the central office.
• Provide operational support, training, and guidance to franchise teams.
• Ensure quality standards, policy compliance, and smooth franchise operations.
• Drive admissions growth through marketing initiatives, lead management, and parent engagement activities.
• Analyze admission data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support franchise requirements effectively.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain strong franchise relationships.
• Support branding and local marketing activities to strengthen market presence.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in franchise management, admissions, or educational operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational activities efficiently.
